Reservation & Payment

How to Book

  • The table setting service provided by Le Dessus Table Settings is offered as a non-member service. An active membership with a paid annual fee is required before additional services can be utilized.

  • Please note that Le Dessus is not a catering service and does not provide furniture such as tables and chairs (with some exceptions).

  • All table setting services requested by members must be booked through a Le Dessus coordinator using your member email.

Date Reservations

  • Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance if the desired date is available. Upon availability, reservations may be made within 7-13 days before the desired date for an additional 20% fee.

  • Le Dessus does not guarantee the availability of any requested date and no date is fully reserved until payment for the reservation has been made in full.

Pricing & Payment

  • Reservations may only be made for a minimum of 4 settings and a maximum of 20 settings.

  • Reservations are charged at $36 per setting, with a 20% setup fee, and state tax.

    • Example for a reservation of eight settings

      • Table Setting: $288.00

      • Setup Fee: $57.60

      • KY State Tax: $20.74

      • Total: $366.34

    • If this is your first reservation of the year and you are a member, your member credit may be applied.

  • Table settings include:

    • All dinnerware to meet your needs (charger, plate, bowls, glassware, flatware, etc.)

    • A five-piece serving accessory package to meet your needs (pitchers, wine chiller, ice bucket, salad bowl, etc.)

      • An additional serving accessory package can be added for $22, or

      • À la carte at $5 per piece

    • A decorative centerpiece may be included depending on the type of service and table layout. Your coordinator will be happy to work with you regarding these details.

  • After finalizing details with a Le Dessus coordinator, you will be emailed an invoice that can be paid online. Payment is due immediately to reserve your requested date.

  • We understand that sometimes gatherings are so fun that things get broken. Speak with your coordinator and damage to your table setting items will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Charges for the items at cost may occur.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations for table setting services made at least 14 days from the reservation date may be made for:

    • 100% refund within 24 hours after the reservation is booked

    • 50% refund at least 7 days before the reservation date/time

    • No refund within 7 days of reservation date/time

  • Reservations booked 7 days from the reservation date forfeit the 100% refund option and are only allowed a 50% refund within 24 hours after the reservation is booked.

  • Deadline dates/times will be included with the invoice.

  • Requests for refunds made outside of these policies due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a per case basis.
